This type of pump is suitable for conveying slurries containing solid particles, short fibers, starch, honey, beverages, soy sauce, oils, cosmetics, lime milk, sludge, dyes, dust precipitates, acid-resistant liquids, and other special liquids in industries such as petrochemicals, synthetic fibers, food, fertilizers, pharmaceuticals, papermaking, and environmental protection. It can also convey ordinary clean water.

Structural Description
This pump is a horizontal single-stage single-suction cantilever centrifugal pump. To prevent debris blockage, the impeller is designed with an open structure. To prevent debris from entering the seal chamber and balance the axial force, auxiliary vanes are installed on the impeller rear cover plate.

Shaft seal: The shaft seal uses two structures: packing seal and mechanical seal. Users can select the seal type based on the conveyed medium. Due to the auxiliary blade structure of this pump, the pressure at the packing gland is ≤0.05 MPa, so the packing does not need to be compressed too tightly. If pumping liquids containing solids or liquids with temperatures above 80°C, a low-temperature clean liquid with a pressure greater than 0.05 MPa should be introduced into the seal chamber from the outside.

Drive: The pump is directly driven by the original motor via an elastic shaft coupling. When viewed from the direction of the original motor, the pump rotates clockwise.

Lubrication: The bearing housing can be lubricated with grease or thin oil, depending on the user’s operating conditions.
