The Philippine Dignin GNPD 2×660MW(1+1) coal-fired power plant is located in the Bataan Province (Bataan) of Luzon, Philippines, bordered by the South China Sea to the west and Manila Bay to the east, and the power plant is located about 5km south-east of Mariveles, near the North Channel of Manila Bay.

Kaishun Pump Manufacturing Co., Ltd. has provided two sets of seawater cooling water pumps 2400SP-CV-39.1/6 sets for this power station, with design flow rate of 12.7m3/s, head of 39.11m, and motor power of 6,650KW; two sets of auxiliary seawater cooling water pumps, with design flow rate of 1.58m3/s, head of 44.26m, and motor power of 950KW; and closed-type pumps 550 ×450DV-CH-40/4 sets, design flow rate 0.93m3/s, head 45m, motor power 560KW.
