Zhanjiang Zhongyue Energy Co., Ltd. is a key construction project of Guangdong Province under the ‘Tenth Five-Year Plan’, and belongs to the holding company of Guangdong Guangdong Guangdong Electric Power Group Corporation. The company has a total installed capacity of 1.2 million kilowatts, with two 600,000 kilowatts of domestic sub-critical coal-fired units. It is invested by Guangdong Electric Power Development Company Limited (90 per cent) and Zhanjiang Tengsheng Asset Management Company Limited (10 per cent), with a total investment of about RMB 5.8 billion.
